Adiantopsis radiata

This fern, while it has an uncanny resemblance to a maidenhair, is not. In the genus Adiantopsis, this fern stands out.  It does not resemble any of the other ferns in the group.  It does however have the characteristic black stipes like the maidenhairs.  Even its indusium is similar, but  it definitely belongs to another group of ferns.
